Challenge learners to eat healthier by eating 2 vegetables daily for 1 week. Use the cards to track their progress by stamping, crossing-off, or punching-out one orange icon for each vegetable eaten during the challenge.
There are nine full-color cards on one page. The cards are 3.25 inches by 2.75 inches.
Aim for a whole vegetable for each punch or at least 1/2 cup vegetable serving.
Print on card-stock or stiff paper.
Consider offering an incentive for all who complete the challenge successfully, or enter completed cards for a prize drawing.
