The hot topic in schools is the healthy way of eating for our kids. It is so hard to find interesting information on Health Topics and to actually present a lesson that the students will connect with.
This packet contains three days of lessons that can be lengthened or shortened as needed. The activities get the studentsengaged and thinking about what they eat, when, and the exercise they choose.
These plans are aligned with the following common core:
