This slideshow on physical activity and exercise is geared towards 7th -8th grade students, but could easily be modified for older or younger kids based on your own creativity. It talks about various tests to perform in checking one’s progress for the 5 fitness components and includes pictures, diagrams, and a quiz with the answers right in the power point slide show. This quiz is nice to recall information from the class and see what students were paying attention during the class period. All you need for the quiz is a paper and pencil.
