This is an hour long lesson all about the importance of keeping healthy and active. In the lesson students will study the five food groups and different types of exercise, before designing a healthy meal and exercise plan for a celebrity who is about to go on tour and wants to feel their very best.
The lesson includes a detailed PowerPoint, detailed information sheets, differentiated challenge activities and worksheets, clips tasks with questions and a literacy / debate focus task. These resources have been designed to be engaging, detailed and easy to follow.
