It was designed to get simple ideas across quickly to the students. It’s a great way to use in a health room and even better way to use in a physical education setting where health is rarely taught. It can be used for ending a class in physical education class to allow for the students to catch their breath and get their hearts back to resting. If it’s being used in a setting like physical education, it can be used as a cool down after an activity, at the beginning, or end of a class. Health and Physical Education go hand in hand, which makes these short videos great anywhere. They can be used at any grade level depending on what you are looking for. All information regarding health, nutrition, safety, etc. changes on a daily basis, so the videos may not always coincide with the information you are teaching. They may even differ from the most recent up to date information, but they are accurate in that they all cover relatively the same concept depending on the video.
