This self assessment asks students to look at their current eating habits and to set goals for improvement. Topics covered include: eating three healthy meals, drinking health, drinking water, eating fruits and vegetables and choosing healthy snacks. Students are also asked to add ahealthy eating goal.
Suggestions for Use
As an introduction to the topic of healthy eating. Students complete the checklist and share their responses with the class. After class discussion, students add an additional goal for improvement.
