A one week lesson plan on healthy food choices. Lesson plan includes: goals, objectives, assessment, materials, and procedures. The focus of the lesson plan is having students discover healthy and unhealthy food choices by a multitude of hands on activities. A daily eating log chart is included for students to track the food that they eat according to the different food groups. A parent letter is also included asking parents to bring in a healthy snack for the class. Healthy foods are outlined for families.
