Easy to attain goals for healthy habits! This activity provides a basic framework for students in understanding and practicing healthy habits. The following topics are covered: nutrition, sleep, exercise, doctor visits and germ prevention.
1. Use as an individual activity followed by class discussion on each of the items listed. After completing the questionnaire, students should set a goal for improvement in one area.
2. Use as a large group activity using the Smart Board and discussing each items. Conclude the lesson by asking students to select one area for improvement.
