Early to bed! Early to rise!This fun activity asks students to track their sleep hours for 3 days. Students record the time they go to bed and the time they get up each day to determine the total sleep hours. It is important to discuss with students that they should get at least 8 hours of sleep each night to stay healthy and well--and so that they can be ready to learn at school each day.


A fun way to introduce an important math topic and learning "telling time" skills at the same time!
