PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This product saves on paper and ink because you can print the entire aleph bet in 4 pages (8 cards per page).

I also have another version of this. It contains 6 cards per page, has colored backgrounds, and an extra set of cards in random order. It is found here: Hebrew Alphabet - I Have Who Has?

Students identify the Hebrew alphabet (aleph bet / alef beis). In this version of "I Have-Who Has?" all students have a turn to identify a Hebrew letter on their card and ask someone else to identify another Hebrew letter. Use this as practice or review for the whole class.

This can also be used as an informal assessment. If you work with smaller groups, just give students more than one card. That just means they'll have more fun!

The activity is designed to be used as an on-going learning activity, as students learn more and more Hebrew letters until the last letter is learned, not just a great culmination activity after all letters are learned.

Here's what one product user has to say:
“I have…Who has? A Hebrew Alphabet Activity has become my class’ favorite activity. I watch the children’s faces and see how empowered they have become, not only learning Hebrew, but reading real English sight words on the cards as well. They feel so successful and it’s very apparent!” – Morah Chana, Aleph Bet Preschool Educator/Director

Hebrew Alphabet - I Have...Who Has? can be used by foreign language teachers, Hebrew Day School teachers, Hebrew School teachers, ‎pre-K teachers, and those who home school.

The cards are bright, colorful, and inviting. Since there are no pictures on the cards, they are generic, not limited to a specific age group, holiday, or season. Preschool and high school students will both enjoy this activity.

The next step is learning to read with vowels/nekudot. You can find "I Have, Who Has" activities with vowels here: Hebrew I Have Who Has with vowels
