What a fun way to practice your speech articulation goals and add motor coordination skills to therapy by creating this super fun hedgehog bookmark that contains the student's speech words! We have a hedgehog named Hootie as a speech room pet and my logo is a hedgehog;) Follow me on Instagram to keep seeing Hootie @speechdreams. This is such a great way to keep their hands busy and motivated while working on speech skills and fine motor skills! Have the student say a chosen word from the /b/ bookmark word list as they assemble! This is such a cute way to encourage reading! The bookmark will remind your students about using correct production each time they open a book to read!
Supplies that you will need to complete the craft: copy paper, glue, and crayons.
I have included illustrated instructions for assembly of the craft.
You have 10 words for the /b/ sound in the initial, medial and final position of words.
The following articulation sounds are included:
Send this fun activity sheet home for lots of extra reinforcement.
