Number Posters 0-20 (including the number, number word, tallies for the number and ten-frame for the number) are included. These number posters are the foundation for this unit. If you would like to purchase the number posters only, you can find them here: Number Posters only.

If you are in a position to teach foundational numeracy skills and the concepts of numbers 0-20, then this unit is sure to meet your instructional needs. Whether you teach general education, special education, are a homeschooler or math interventionist, the collection of foundational math resources in this unit is deep and wide. PLEASE take a look at the preview, I tried to capture everything you would be getting in this product. There are over 300 pages of cards, games, poems, posters, practice sheets, puzzles, and center activities to practice concrete and conceptual understanding of numbers 0-20.

Product Components:
1.20 Number Posters: Each poster is represented with one large number, tally marks, the number word and a ten-frame. The Polaroid design style of these posters coordinate with my Polaroid design style Classroom Alphabet Posters. Sold separately HERE.

2.Montessori-Style Growing Number Cards: Over 100 cards (16 cards per page) including each number, number word, tally mark, ten-frame, objects and plural noun cards, for each number 0-20. A picture of this is included in the preview.

3.Interactive Number Journals: Students will enjoy the tactile and kinesthetic repetition of learning number formation with their own interactive number journal. Again, repetition of finger tracing will be key for visual memory of how numbers are formed and learning the number formation poems will reinforce print concepts and print and language memory by the repeated reading practice of these poems. Number formation poems also included as a 10-page color Class Big Book.

4. Interactive Ten-Frame Book: This book involves hands-on work of cutting and gluing things into a ten-frame book. Students enjoy coloring the pages in this book and counting each page long after completion. I do not recommend sending either of the number books home until students can read and trace the numbers independently.

5.Number Formation Sheets: The sheets for extra practice and reinforcement of proper letter formation can be used in a variety of ways, on paper, in sheet protectors, on the Smartboard, for small group work or homework. A *star* denotes the starting place for each number. “I’m a Number Writing Pro” certificates included in both color and B/W.

6.Representation Sheets: Students are expected not only to count objects in a variety of formations, but they are expected to encode a number of objects, too. These sheets gives students practice doing just that.

7.Counting and Comparing Sheet: A variety of sheets are included here for counting objects, counting forward from a number other than 1, and comparing numbers. Use them in a way that best fits your needs.

8.Ways to Make Sheets: 20 sheets are included for students to write a certain number in a variety of ways. I used these sheets monthly and kept them in the student’s math portfolio. It’s amazing to watch a student’s progression, grasp and depth of number knowledge with this over the months. Print these again and again, as needed.

9.Number Games: Game suggestions, game pieces, spinners and directions included for several number games.

10.Story Problem Sheets: 20 sheets are included for students to create, illustrate and write their own number story problems. The units match the objects in the Representation Cards.

11.Representation Sheets: This activity is sure to be a hit. Kids LOVE this activity a lot! These sheets can be used independently, in small groups or with partners. These sheets are yet another opportunity to build number fluency and automaticity.

12.Number Picture Puzzles: Another hit activity here! Kids find these number puzzles fun, engaging and LOVE the pictures. The puzzles are self-checking and each set of numbers is color coded so you can easily store all 24 puzzles together (even after they have been cut out). 10 puzzles practice number order from 1-10, 10 puzzles practice number order by 10’s from 10-100 and 4 puzzles practice number order 1-10 using tally marks.

Be sure to download the 9-page PREVIEW to see everything that comes in this little All About Numbers 0-20 unit. As always, thank you for looking, previewing, or purchasing! #teachersrock
