A project in which students will interview family members and research their ancestry to determine the artifacts, stories, foods, and journeys that have made them into who they are today!

This printable assignment contains everything students will need to start this project. It guides them through the process of researching, interviewing, organizing information, and presenting! A rubric is also included for assessment.

Students typically love this project, as it allows them to learn more about their histories! I usually have a "Heritage Fair" at the end, where all students get to display their products and bring food.
