This is a fun Reader's Theater adapted from Hi! Fly Guy by Tedd Arnold. It has roles for eight students.
There are name labels included which you could use to make headbands (just cut a strip of construction paper long enough to fit around your students' heads, and then staple the name label in the center). You could also punch a hole in the name labels, thread with yarn, and place around the student's shoulders. I would run these name labels off on cardstock if you decide to use them.
Have fun, and feel free to make any changes to the script that you would like. If you like this one, you might like:

I also have a puppet pattern for Fly Guy for sale in my store! The students have had lots of fun making this!
