Description

Input some positive energy into your classroom by adding a POSITIVE incentive system! Use these cards to help track when students earn points towards their goal.

I have included a teacher line where the teacher can write their name to tell who is giving them the point. In my classroom the first grade teachers switch kids often, so I just put the names of all the first grade teachers as well as an "other" line that different teachers can put their name on. I also give these cards to special teachers and lunch workers so they can also give points.

In my room, when students achieve their goal, they then take a trip to the "reinforcement board" to pick their reinforcer. You can purchase my reinforcer cards by following this link: Reinforcer Cards

Students love being able to be recognized for things they did well and being able to "brag" a little bit about their achievements. Since implementing these system, my students work very hard towards their goal and I saw behavior start to change from overwhelming to a happy, positive classroom! Parents love seeing their kiddo progress to their goal and hearing how proud I am of their kiddo.

I also have a intro letter that you can send home to parents. You can find that here: Intro Letter

The way I implement it is part of PBIS but it does not have to be used only with that idea :)

Cards are editable and put into a google doc (so they can be editable). The document is created like a normal 8.5x11 piece of paper. I fit six cards on each paper.

*I created this document in google docs so it is completely editable by you. When purchased, you receive a link that allows you to make a copy of this document. You can then edit and change anything you want to without messing with the original that I created.

11 areas to reinforce (this is editable so you can also add your own)

*Caring
*Clean
*Following Directions
*Hard Working
*Helping Others
*Participating
*1st Things 1st
