Teaching the differences between high and low pressure can be challenging! I find that it is difficult for students to recall the characteristics of each. Therefore I created a High & Low Pressure Sort to aid my students' understanding of these two concepts.
Included in the resource are 23 cards for student to sort, a definition of air pressure, and high and low pressure headers, as well as an answer key.
* As you are teaching the concept
* In a whole group, partnership, independent work, or as a center
* As a formative assessment
