High School Chemistry Year Curriculum
What is included:
This growing bundle will eventually include 16 units that covers a typical high school chemistry year that aligns with most high school chemistry standards. As it would be difficult to address the complete needs of every chemistry teacher in a one-year curriculum, I have developed a year curriculum that will address the most common standards found in a typical high school chemistry course.
Each lesson of a unit is made up of:
✼ PowerPoint presentation — animated & editable
✼ Student notes (Cornell Style—Cloze Notes and Blank) – editable, print, & digital
✼ Teacher notes (many include slide-by-slide background information, set-up information for demonstrations and/or labs, hints for addressing student misconceptions, and pedagogical strategies for bringing tough concepts alive!)
✼ Check for Understanding Exit Ticket – editable, print, & digital
✼ Homework/Practice – editable, print, & digital
✼ Many lessons are differentiated for standard, honors, and some advanced honors
Unit Extras—most units will include the following extras
✼ Lab: most units have at least one lab included
✼ Doodle Notes—one or more per unit
