Looking for a lesson that combines computer science, math, and history? This is it! Students will learn about Thomas Jefferson's Cipher he developed.

Thomas Jefferson used a secret code system while in France to keep messages hide from America's enemies. But, he also worked out a secret cipher for messages sent to and from the Corps of Discovery.

Students will decode and encode their own cryptography messages.

This activity involves students completing computational thinking as they complete the cryptography.
