29 days of bell work! Each day typically has 5-8 questions and the answer key is included on the next day's slip.
Instructions: Print the spiral review cards back to back, then cut out each daily slip. The answers for Day 1 should be on the back of Day 2’s questions. Printing on colorful paper or cardstock is encouraged. Laminate for durability if desired. The students can show their work on the work pages provided.
I have one classroom set printed on cardstock and students pick a slip off of a table near the door, on their way in the classroom. They return the slips for the next class. I use these as either bell work in or as a closing activity. Students self-check and we discuss answers as needed.
I am reviewing current geometry topics as well as spiraling back to algebra skills, and other basic skills that my students typically get wrong: fractions, how to tell time on an analog clock, money math, mental math, etc. Although the slips progress according to my CCSS Geometry curriculum, you do not have to use the review slips sequentially.
You could also file students’ answer sheets for data collecting or parent-teacher conferences.
