This project allows students to calculate their own body's need for calories, carbohydrates, protein, and fat. Students then create a hypothetical meal plan for what they could eat in a day to fulfill the nutritional needs of their own bodies to help them reach their individual fitness goals. This resource contains plenty of examples to help students understand the calculations that they will perform as well as an example of the meal plan they will create.
