The biggest problem I see in health and physical education classes is the lack of application of information. Everyone is taught to "eat right" and "exercise regularly" but are most students actually taught how to apply this information?
In talking with clients and students and teachers from other schools the answer is an overwhelming no.
This eBook will teach you and your students how to construct meals and how to apply the information to every day life. When teaching this to your students, emphasize that the portion sizes will change based off of caloric need and energy output but the meal construction and choices stay the same.
