This is an entire outline for a High School physics class. This includes NGSS standards HS-PS2- 1 to 6, SH-PS3- 1 to 5, HS-PS4 - 1 to 5 and the physics related standards from HS-ESS1- 1 to 4. There are 4 units, including; physics in astronomy, energy, waves in technology and information transfer, and motion and stability. The energy unit is set up for special projects in the various types of energy.
Please note, this is simply an outline. There are topic headings with the aligned standards. Standards are organized so that each standard (like HS-PS-1-1) includes all the corresponding components (SEP, DCI, CCC, etc). This should help, at the very least, to organize the standards, even if you do not wish to follow this order of outline. Additionally, the related common core standards for the entire outline are provided at the end of the document.
It is very likely that all of this might not be able to be covered in one traditional school year, as this includes ALL high school level physics standards. The school I use this at offers a physical science course for 9th graders, who have already taken physical science in 7th grade. Therefore, they are typically well prepared for this when they take the course.
