High School QR Code Signs Book Trailers Set #1

Scan, Watch, Read. That’s what your students will do with these QR codes. This is a set of 40 QR signs for high school books. Use these around your library to encourage students to read. Cut out the QR code and glue it in books for students to see a preview. Book publishers have realized that making book trailers is a great way to showcase their authors’ books. I have used QR codes to promote books in my library and the students love it. You can see more of how we used them on my blog at the two links below.

Each QR code sign includes the QR code, simple directions for scanning, a cover of the book, and a call number. The signs are in a PowerPoint file, all of the items are editable so you can change the call numbers or directions if needed.

Each QR sign includes the QR code and a cover of the book.
To ensure that students are taken to a safe place to view the book trailers, none of the videos go to YouTube, instead they were changed to a Safe Share link (a site that removes all ads and links associated with a YouTube video).

To use the signs simply download one of the many free QR scanners. I have used QR Reader, QR Droid, Quick Scan, I-nigma, and Kawya. Before purchasing please download a QR reader and the preview to ensure it works for you and is not blocked by your school.

Thanks for looking and please leave feedback to let me know how these worked for you.
