This document provides different formats of highlighted paper designed for students who have difficulty staying on the line while writing and/or struggle with letter size control (often, letters keep getting bigger as they write). The highlighted paper provides students with strong visual cues to better control letter placement and size. Since no two students are the same, different pages with different colors, forms, and sizes are provided. In this package you will find:
- Two sheets containing dark gray areas between the lines, one with regular writing space, the other with large writing space. These pages are optimal for students who have severe inability to stay on the line and/or to control letter size. The darkened area prevents the student from going down the line, yet is just light enough to still show the five lowercase letters that cross the line (g, j, p, q, y).
- Six sheets with different highlighting colors (Green, blue, or yellow), three with regular writing space, and three with large writing space. These pages are useful for students with moderate placement and size control issues.
- Two sheets with thick black lines, one with regular writing space, the other with large writing space. These sheets help transition the student from highlighted colored paper to regular writing paper.
