Hip Hop Number Fun:
Do you have lots of plastic eggs in your classroom that need to be turned into learning fun? Here is one way to make use of them!
Here is another "eggy" activity that can be part of your math work stations. It helps children to build their understanding of numbers and the various ways they can be represented.
The following is included in this packet:
1. A label for your station container
2. Student friendly directions that are stored with the materials
3. Mini cards with ten frames, froggy numbers, number words, and linking cube cards
4. Student response sheets: cut and paste that can be used as an assessment, homework, or independent work.
This mini center uses froggy plastic eggs purchased in Walmart and a container to hold them which was available in Dollar Tree. It is part of my Math and Literacy Centers that are "egg"-ceptionsal fun for primary children.
