Product Description
This activity analyzes the dropping of the atomic bombs from the Japanese and American perspectives. Before completing the activity, I show a short video clip describing the dropping of the bombs. Next, each student gets a partner and look at different primary sources describing the dropping of the bombs. One will focus on the Japanese as victims, the other will focus on the Americans as victors. Once completed, they will create different reasons for dropping the bombs and if they were needed.
