Product Description
A collection of histology images of various tissues for use in anatomy or biology classes. More than 400 images from different tissues (adipose, adrenal gland, appendix, arteries/veins, bone marrow, cerebellum, colon, cartilage, esophagus, kidney, liver, lung, pancreas, pituitary, muscle, spinal cord, spleen, stomach, tongue, and others), and using different magnifications (20x to 400x; bottom right of images show scale). These images were taken by me using a high quality olympus microscope with camera attachment of sets of popular tissue samples from biology classroom suppliers. These images can be used in powerpoint for instruction, or show these images during exams and have students identify tissues (tell your high school students that this is how some exams are done in college and medical school). Preview is of neurons in spinal cord
