I print my student binder covers and spines on white paper. My middle and high school students enjoy coloring them. If you prefer, you may print these binder covers and spines on colored paper. (I print my personal binder covers on colored paper and they look AMAZING!)

Women in History Poster Set #1: 5 posters (2 versions), each highlighting a significant woman in history. Women highlighted in this poster set include:
Ruth Bader Ginsburg
Ida B. Wells
This resource also includes ten task cards, six blank cards, and eight bell-ringers featuring quotes from each of the women profiled in this set.
These posters are a great way to spark a classroom conversation about prominent women in history. (I hang my posters in my classroom door window. My classroom is located in a "high traffic area." I love "catching" students looking at the posters and discussing them with their peers!
I teach United States History, Civil Rights History, and Social Studies at the high school level. I infuse the contributions of all five women profiled in these posters into the curriculum in a variety of ways including classroom discussions, videos, readings, etc. These posters are not intended to be the ONLY infusion of women's history into the classroom. They are intended to be a starting point.
I laminate my posters and task cards (to increase longevity and allow students to write responses on task cards using dry-erase markers.)
These posters can also be used to create bulletin board displays. I print my posters on brightly colored paper. I group my posters together to make a beautiful display.
Women in History Poster Set #2: This poster set includes 5 posters (2 versions), each highlighting a significant woman in history. Women highlighted in this poster set include:
Susan B. Anthony
This resource also includes eight task cards (which could be used as bell-ringers) featuring quotes from each of the women profiled in this month's poster set and five "bell-ringers" (included as a PPT to be projected on a smartboard).
