This is a set of 20 flashcards to help students study the American Revolution. These flashcards were created for a World History course, so they may not include all the information you might expect on a study of the American Revolution (World History just doesn't get as in depth as an American History course would). The cards in this set include The 13 Colonies, French and Indian War, Stamp Act, Sons of Liberty, Boston Massacre, Boston Tea Party, Battle at Lexington, George Washington, Common Sense, Thomas Paine, American Revolution, King George III, Declaration of Independence, Thomas Jefferson, The French Aid the Revolution, Marquis de Lafayette, Articles of Confederation, Surrender at Yorktown, Constitutional Convention, and Constitution.
There are 2 versions of each card. One has blank backs for students to fill in themselves. The other has the information already filled in. Use the blank cards to help students practice good study habits and note taking. Use the pre-filled cards as normal flashcards.
I've also included mini-versions of the cards that you can print and use to play concentration! These cards have short clues to make it easier to play the game.
