This is a set of 18 flashcards to help students study the Second Industrial Revolution.
Cards in this set include Louis JM Daguerre, First Transcontinental Railroad, Second Industrial Revolution, Henry Bessemer, Charles William Siemens, Andrew Carnegie, Petroleum, Alexander Graham Bell, Telephone, Thomas Watson, Light Bulb, Thomas Edison, Etienne Lenoir, Gottlieb Daimler & Wilhelm Maybach, Bicycle, Automobile, Karl Benz, and Guglielmo Marconi.
There are 2 versions of each card. One has blank backs for students to fill in themselves. The other has the information already filled in. Use the blank cards to help students practice good study habits and note taking. Use the pre-filled cards as normal flashcards.
I've also included mini-versions of the cards that you can print and use to play concentration! These cards have short clues to make it easier to play the game.
I also have an Industrial Revolution
set and a Effects of the Industrial Revolution
set that would all work well together.
