PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Teaching about your state's history is an important part of any Social Studies curriculum. This lapbook will provide your students with an opportunity to record key information from your state history lessons. The lapbook includes foldables for:

★ Tourism in my State
★ Underground Railroad
★ Migration & Immigration
★ Researching Economics
★ Technology: Then & Now
★ Natural Resources
★ A History Diary
★ Primary & Secondary Sources
★ Events in History Timeline

During our Michigan History lessons, we use textbooks, magazines, books, etc. to read about key events in Michigan history and then our students complete the appropriate foldable and add it to their lapbook. We also add the event to the "Events in History" Timeline. The lapbook is a perfect study tool that is sent home with students prior to our end of the unit assessment. The contents of this lapbook can be used with any state history lessons.
