Cookie friends! This one is for you! During the holiday pre-order rush, it can be hard to keep all the sets straight. I use a simple table to keep track of my orders and it has saved so much confusion during baking and during pickup.
The top line reads "customer", multiple blank spots to write in your packages that you will offer, "total", "paid", and "P/U" for picked up or completed.
When a customer pre-orders, write down their name, and check the box or write a number for how many they ordered under each package. Total up the cost in the total box. Check off when they pay you. And check off when they pick up.
While you're baking and decorating, write in a little total under each set so you know how many of each you need to make! Then when it's time for packaging, simply look back at the table and pass out accordingly. No more sticky notes everywhere guys!!!
