Thanks for Trying my Products!!
These activities are designed to give students practice in following multi-level directives. Each worksheet requires them to listen for several pieces of information. They need to know which item they are locating, the location, which color pencil to use and how they will be marking them. Many of these directions are based on my observations of classroom teacher directions and are indeed challenging for students with language impairements.
Print out a worksheet for each student. Each should have a pack of colored pencils, markers or crayons to complete the task. The therapist reads the directions. Please note that there are some directions that can’t be completed. These are there to provide students the opportunity listen selectively and to identify and speak up when they find that a directive can’t or shouldn't be completed.
Clipart for these activities come from Smarty Symbols.
