These reflection sheets are built directly from the Critical Analysis Process in the Ontario Curriculum. The language of the questions is aimed towards upper elementary students, but some vocabulary may need to be explained depending on your learners.
These sheets could be used for any song and cover expectation 2.1 and 2.2 in most grade levels. You could take one song and follow the process the entire way through, or take any of the first three sheets and follow them up with the last. If you find this is a lot of writing for your students, you could work through some of the sheets as a class and then have the students fill out their “Informed Point of View” at the end.
