This is an activity I used with my higher level 4th graders and they loved it! In this digital escape students are going on a hunt to find their families who are surprising them with a scavenger type hunt in Rockefeller Center and Radio City Music Hall around the holidays.
Students are given a link to a Google Site I created and then they must solve a series of 5 tasks- 3 multi-step problems (reviewing long division by 1 divisor, 3 x 1 digit multiplication, multiples, reading a bar graph, addition, subtraction, and place value), 1 number sense logic puzzle, and 1 jigsaw puzzle that contains a word problem about greatest common factors. Each task they complete gets them closer to finding their family.

My students really enjoyed this- I'm sure yours will too!
Before buying, please make sure your student devices are not blocked from accessing Google Sites. Thank you!
