How it Works
Students will be introduced to 12 exercises that they'll perform to the tune of "The 12 Days of Christmas." You can teach all the exercises at once or spread them out over the remaining days before winter break. "On the 1st day of Fitness, my teacher gave to me...a big stretch to the ceiling.”
