Mash Format: Print multiple copies of the ‘Find me’ cards. Print, cut, and laminate task cards and mash mats. Have each student choose a mash mat. Shuffle task cards and distribute 4 per student. Turn over one ‘Find me’ card at a time. If the student has the corresponding picture, they mash/tap the picture and complete the social language prompt. The first student to _)collect all 4 cards on their mash mat wins!
Game Board: Print, cut, laminate task cards. Separate by skill or shuffle. Have students choose a card each time they take a turn in the game.
Task Cards: Print, cut, and laminate task cards. Incorporate desired skills into any open-ended game or with token boards.
Expected vs. Unexpected: Print, cut, and laminate expected and unexpected sings. Put on popsicle sticks and distribute on pair to each student in the group. Present expected vs. unexpected scenarios and have students hold up correct sign.
Gift Giving Rubric: Increase students’ ability to think about others. Print rubrics and complete with students as a gift-giving guide for the holidays.
