PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Holidays in the Special Education Classroom

The holidays are approaching quick and we are all getting into the spirit. I wanted to create something that you could use for your special education or struggling students during the holiday season. This product is differentiated based on skills and levels. There is something for EVERYONE in the product. I based the products on my students IEP goals in math, reading and writing.

Reading: 5 Activities
There are two readers in this product: The Night Before Christmas and Little Elves. These two books are meant to either be read to a student that is either a non-reader or struggles. Or can be read independently to a more higher level student. They students can then color the fun holiday pictures associated with the text.
Holiday Sight Word Spinners: Students need a pencil and paper clip. The student places the paperclip in the middle of the spinner and puts the pencil in the middle of the paperclip then spins the paper clip. They then read the sight word aloud that they land on. There are three different sight word spinner sheets and one blank one if you care to print and write specific words.
