I created a way to Wrap Up a unit on the Holocaust that allows students to tell you what they have learned. It is created so that students can choose from a list of questions that give them some freedom to tell you what they have learned about the topic.
It can be modified for different types of learners. I allowed students to use notes, worksheets and approved websites to complete. It takes about 1.5 to 2 class periods for students to finish. It is challenging, but the students were able to truly demonstrate what they learned about the Holocaust. To further modify for ESE and ESOL students you can have them work in pairs or small groups or change the questions into sentence starters.
It is uploaded as a doc. so you can tailor the questions to meet your needs.
