Description

This assessment will determine your students' understanding of homeostasis concepts. It has four multiple choice questions. The fifth question requires students to answer in paragraph form. The assessment includes both lower and higher level questions.

Three versions are included. The first version has two identical exit tickets on the same page in order to reduce paper waste. The second has the same questions as the first but is a full page version with larger font for modification purposes. The third version has the same multiple choice questions as the first two versions but also includes an additional question that requires students to answer in a paragraph and really show their understanding of homeostasis. A full answer key is included.
