Lesson plan and worksheets on Responsibility for elementary Grades 1-2-3 written and reviewed by seasoned educators.
As adults, it is our job to teach our children to take responsibility for their actions. I’m not going to surprise any teacher by stating that some kids never get that lesson at home. This lesson is perfect for you if you need to cover this topic with your students.
Theme: Several kids are playing baseball in the park although signs specifically indicate “No Baseball in the Park.” One of the boys playing hits a home run. Good for him. However, the home run breaks Mr. Schroeder’s window across the street. Mr. Schroeder approaches the kids and would like them to own up to their actions. Let’s hear what happens when the group of kids does not take responsibility for their actions.
The two skits are parodies of kids response (one negative, one positive)to this event.
Includes two MP3 audio skits in standard format.
Approx. 5:50 minutes of audio adventure that will stimulate their imagination. They will actually feel that they are at the ball park with the actors.
