This resource includes 4 different sight word homework forms. Each form is customizable (write in the words you want your students to practice).
This is an easy way to individualize sight word review or practice for your students.
Forms could also be used for whole class review (write in the same words for everyone), spelling word practice, center work or tutoring.
4 different ways to practice (rotate which form you use to provide variety)!
Rainbow Write: write the words in a small grid, students will write the words in a bigger grid and rainbow write (write over the word) with 3 colors, practice reading the words to a helper
Write It: write the words, students will write the word with a pencil or pen and with a crayon or marker, practice reading the words to a helper
Make It: write the words into strips (use a different color for each word), students will cut apart the letters, mix them up and put the word back together, glue the words on the second sheet, practice reading the words to a helper
Sort the Words: write the words into the grid (write each word 4 times), students will cut apart the words, sort them and glue them into the boxes on the next page, practice reading the words to a helper
A parent / helper signature line and a place to include a due date are also included.
