This is a Memory game to help students understand homographs or multiple meaning words. Each page has 8 cards. You will need to cut out the cards along the black lines. Each card has a homograph, picture of that homograph, and a sentence using that homograph.
Directions for Play
First, shuffle the cards and lay them face down on the table.
Students will take turns playing. The player whose first name comes last in the alphabet may start and then play will move to the right.
When it is your turn, turn over two cards. If you have matching homographs, you will keep the pair. If you do not have matching homographs, play moves on to the next player.
The player who has the greatest number of matching homograph pairs will win!
