Effectivem enjoyable, and easy to use, this puzzle is a unique way to practice homophones.

Research suggests that homophones are the most common spelling errors, even with adults.

These types of misspellings are related to grammar usage.

This puzzle includes 24 less common homophone pairs, intended for academic students in middle and high school, as well as some college students.

It also includes a Reference Page that explains the meanings of the homophones for students who might need extra guidance.

The act of actually placing the letters into the crossword also increases spelling accuracy.

The crossword puzzle is fun and effective and can be used for homework, seatwork, or in learning centers, helping students improve grammar, spelling, and writing.
