Description

Homonyms and homophones can be very difficult, especially for ESL students. As part of our commonly confused words, homonyms, and homophone lesson series I made this digital mystery picture activity for my students to practice distinguishing between who's and whose. Students read each of the protected sentences and decide which word correctly completes the sentence (whose or who's). They then type the answer in the gray box. If the answer is correct, part of the picture will appear. When they have correctly completed all 24 sentences the complete picture is revealed.

For more information on this product, or to learn how to make your own mystery picture activity, check out my blog post (complete with how-to-video): Digital Mystery Picture Activity!

These same practice sentences are also available as paper task card based games: Who's or Whose Triple Play Homophone Games.
