This is a homophones game using two, too, and to. Those homophones are so tricky and need to be practiced. This game has a WHACK theme with gophers, and your students will find it fun.
A student will draw a card and read the sentence aloud inserting the correct form of to/two/too by spelling it. The other players will check the answer, and if they get it right, they will get to roll the dice and move around the board. They can also pull a WHACK card and make the player to the left/right move back 2 spaces... (the kids will love that part) More detailed directions are given with the game.
This includes a WHACKED gopher themed game board that works perfectly inside a file folder, twenty-six cards with to/two/too sentences, answer key, directions, and a cute themed cover for the front of the file folder.
This makes for a fun literacy center!
Your students will have so much fun practicing homophones with this game.
