Hooray! Hooray! Let’s celebrate our day!
25 Afternoon Activity Pages designed for 2nd and 3rd Grade
Plus BONUS “Ticket” template
As educators, we understand the importance of starting the day off in a positive direction. We know how to greet our students warmly and set the tone for a terrific day. Which brings me to an important question. What happens at the end of your school day? Let’s remember to finish strong! Closing the day with positivity can be a huge game changer. Create time at the end of your day to clean the room and pack bags just a few minutes early. Keep a few pencils out, turn on some quiet music, and settle the restless noise. Wouldn’t it be wonderful for your students to have time to reflect and journal about their day? “Hooray! Hooray! Let’s celebrate our day!” was designed to compliment your afternoon routine. This can be used in several different ways for your classroom. You can use the color version to display on your interactive whiteboard and have students copy the information onto a spiral notebook or composition book. Another easy method would be to print the pack and give each student a copy. I have included both color and black and white version so you can make the choice for your students. **Please open the preview to review the example of my work.
