Need fun math activities to warm up this winter? There are 2 different activities in this product. The first activity focuses on world problems involving the World Record Cup of Hot Chocolate. This activity is a great way for third, fourth, and fifth graders to practice capacity, multiplication, and division.
The second activity is a “craftivity” where students create mugs of hot chocolate for their friends. Students explore combinations and addition of money. Given different flavors, toppings, and stirrers, and their cost, students draw and color different mugs of hot chocolate then add up the cost of each hot chocolate creation.
