Description

Whether you're teaching online or you're in-person, your students are going to love this hot-chocolate themed classroom management tool!

Choose whether you want your students to earn a whole-class reward, or have groups compete to earn a reward. The first group to earn 10 marshmallows in their mug earns the reward!

I've given you 5 different designs for whole-class rewards as well as 5 designs for group competitions. I used these for December and January each school year in 2nd and 4th grade, and my students loved them.

In this Google Slides version, if you're teaching in the classroom, simply project the hot chocolate cup up on the board as students come in the classroom each morning and after recess to help remind them to stay on-task (and earn marshmallows towards a reward)!

When I was teaching in the classroom, one of my favorite rewards was to invite the winning group to enjoy hot chocolate during silent reading time. If you're teaching online, I give you access to 20 different online reward ideas you might want to try inside this resource.

Just choose the reward you want your class to work for (or let them brainstorm ideas with you) and keep your kiddos motivated to work together & follow class rules!

I hope you enjoy using this resource with your students!
