How Did It GO? BUNDLE Self Assessment of Speech Fluency & Articulation**

Are you an SLP looking for some quick, easy, and effective ways for articulation students to reflect on their speech & for you to track their progress?

This set of low-prep activities, provided in both color and black/white options, includes the following:

1. How Did it Go? Student Self-Assessment of Articulation Skills: a simple form for students to assess and reflect on their own articulation skills. Students can write in what sound they are working on, what level they are practicing their sound (e.g. sound by itself, in single words, in phrases, in complete sentences, while I read out loud, in conversation), how many reminders they needed from the SLP to use their sound correctly, and how they are feeling about their performance in speech that day (e.g. sad, frustrated, relieved, proud, excited, or other).

Two versions of this form are provided. Form A is for preschool-lower elementary level students. Form B is for upper-elementary-middle school level students.

Designed as half-sheets, these forms allow for use of less paper and fewer trips to the copy machine. Another option is to fill out both the left and right sheets with the student each time. Then send one home for them to review with their family and keep one for your records.

2. My Speech Sound Progress Chart : students can use this chart to record their % correct following a targeted speaking opportunity. They can fill in the date at the bottom and shade the appropriate number of boxes above that correspond to their % correct.

Two versions of this chart are provided. Form A is for preschool-lower elementary level students. Form B is for upper-elementary-middle school level students.

3. My Speech Sound Clip Chart: you will be proud to have this adorable visual hanging in your speech room to support your students. Using clothes pins with each child’s name, have the students place their clip on the appropriate visual that matches the level they are currently practicing their sound (e.g. sound by itself, in single words, in phrases, in complete sentences, while I read out loud, in conversation).
